Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5/31/2026

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the AppealMate AI website and service (the "Service"), operated by AppealMate AI ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing Pro, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and agree to be bound by these terms.

3. The Service

AppealMate AI is an AI-powered guidance tool that helps users draft appeal letters, identify likely policy violations and prepare evidence for account-related issues on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. We do not recover, restore or mediate accounts, and we are not affiliated with Meta or any platform.

4. AI outputs and accuracy

Outputs are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs and for any actions you take based on them. The Service is provided for general information and is not legal advice. For regulated decisions, consult a qualified professional.

You must not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive (including impersonation or deepfakes), infringes third-party rights, or attempts to jailbreak or bypass safety controls.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful purposes or fraud;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
  • interfere with or attempt to compromise the security of the Service (scraping, probing, malware, reverse engineering, bypassing limits);
  • resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs at scale without our written consent.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, branding and documentation are owned by AppealMate AI and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own appeal-related purposes. You retain ownership of the case details you submit; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

8. Payment, billing and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, tax, cancellations and refunds are handled under Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Pro is offered as either a one-time "Lifetime" purchase or a recurring monthly subscription. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement). We do not guarantee that any appeal will be successful.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppealMate AI is established. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
